Gallery Sales Policy

. All artworks on display are available for purchase unless marked as "sold" or otherwise indicated.

. Buyers may reserve a piece with a deposit, securing their purchase while allowing it to remain on display for the exhibition's duration.

. Purchased artworks must remain in the gallery until the exhibition closes.

. Buyers will be notified of the pickup date once the exhibition ends.

. Shipping options are available at the buyers expense.

. Local pickup is preferred, but delivery and shipping options are available for a extra fee.

. The gallery is not responsible for any damage occurring during third-party shipping. 

. Full payment is required to mark an artwork as "sold."

. Alternatively buyers may place a non-refundable retainer (30%) to hold the piece until the exhibition concludes, with the balance due before pickup.

. If the artwork has prints or editions available, buyers may take these immediately while the original remains on display.

. A discreet "sold" marker will be placed near purchased works.

. If a buyer prefers privacy, we can note the sale without a public marker.

. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once an artwork is purchased.
